Please help!!
My freezer has been working perfectly apart from the door occasionally not shutting properly which I’m warned about by the alarm when the temperature rises. However today, with no warning, when I went to take something out of the freezer I noticed that the display was not showing the temperature; it was just a single green illuminated dot. The freezer was still quite cold but I don’t know what the temperature was and the food seemed ok apart from the ice cream which I threw away as it was a bit soft. I tried turning the freezer off and on and now have a flashing red number 1. It has been like this for about an hour and hasn’t changed. I don’t know what the temperature is or what is happening or what to do.
Any ideas please?
