HJA 8703 Washer Dryer+

    Have a customer with a HJA8703 Washer dryer (Hoover)
    It fills water heat up the tub works for so long and then it just stops wont empty all seems ok changed circuit board still not right any ideas

    Have you done an insulation test on elements etc

    Not sure so don’t hold me on this but on some at the end of the wash cycle they fill with cold water before draining. Cold be an inlet valve issue?

    Is that the same idea as the step cooling cycle on the old Hotpoint delicates cycle

    The Howdens machine is like the Hoover Nextra IIRC? So I wonder if the Start LED flashes when this thing goes AWOL?

    Hi

    If the heater is faulty then it will internitently not empty.

    As Andy said.. check the heater.
