Whirlpool AKZ511 858551115000 display F05

Hi

My saga on this oven continues. It was originally displaying F06 which I replace the door hinges (when door shut it would spring forward 1/2″ stopping the lock working.
Now it will come up with F05 after some time working on pyrotechnic. This also relates to latch but door is locked and appears to be ok.
However the lady has 2 of these units and the other one works perfect so today I put them both on pyrotechnic and let them run. I found that the one I had been working on still had a bit of play in door allowing micro switch to break contact. As the machine was not displaying F06 I switched on power to both units and when I switched on they both displayed F05 after about 5 seconds!!!
The good oven returned to stop in display after about 10mins and was ok to work but the other one took a further 15mins before the word stop appeared on display.
The only thing that I could see was the cooling fan air flow out of the good unit was fine and plentiful.
On the other oven there was very little coming out of above door plus it sounded as if bearing was gone.

Would this give me F05 or has it got nothing to do with it??
and It is something else

Hoping there is someone out there who can work it out
