hi, I had the machine stop full of water with lights two and four flashing, the filter was jammed so had to be forced, snapped the back off the filter, removed many , many coins, put the front back on the filter. Then I put the towels in to spin, it sounded like there was something between the casing and the drum, stopped the machine, put it on its side to help gravity withdraw any more objects, two loose keys, half a bra strap and a few more coins. put the broken piece of filter in first then screwed the front on, but the motor is now not turning the drum around, it sounds like its doing a cycle but no movement. I wondered if something had gotten in to the pump while I was spinning the towels without the broken piece of filter behind it? or I thought that maybe the machine had detected something between the casing and the drum and auto stopped the drum from moving to avoid further damage. I have removed the objects and master reset the machine but no motion on the drum, any knowledgeable advice would be most welcome

The first piece of advice is to make sure that whoever is responsible for loading the machine starts to take better care of it and follows the user instructions properly. :rolls:

There is no auto stop when it is full of such rubbish, jamming the pump is only the half of it, eventually something will punch through the outer drum and the machine will be BER.

Putting it it’s side may have allowed water to get into places it shouldn’t or dislodged some wiring.

Motor brushes would be first thing to check, also the pump will not drain correctly if the inner part of the filter is broken.
