    Hi
    I have a -5- fault code on my top oven. Can anyone please help.

    Time to read your user manual my friend as it refers to the CHILD LOCK being set.

    Have the same problem with a customers top oven showing -5- on the display ,all functions for the main oven work ok but no functions on the top(small) oven . Having read the trouble shooting guide to no success the customer contacted me and a site visit was arranged , going through the trouble shooting guide failed to rectify the problem . The customer wasn’t aware it even had a child lock and not required . Does anyone know any possible reason why the child lock was activated and how it could be de-activated ? thanks for any advice on this

    While we don’t have the full ENR I have attached the last version of instruction manual which deal with the top oven child lock function.
