    Hello

    We went out to repair a NOVUM mobile air conditioning unit but the unit requires an evaporator thermistor and air temperature thermistor.
    The contact number and address on the sticker does not exist anymore and no one can help. There was an Expert sticker on it but they also have stopped repairing this brand name.
    The information on this unit was:

    Make NOVUM
    model COOL FL09000
    SERIAL 0412000330301091
    MANUF’ DATE 0003 91645935

    The number we were given was 0035318482950 but no answer.
    Can anyone help?

    i got some spares from novum about 5 years ago i see what i can do thur am

    novum dont have any parts from them they say the air con was supplied to homebase about 5 years ago as a one off they said to try homebase ive asked if they can tells us who made them

    novum didnt make this units they where made by haier in china sorry i couldhelp you any more. any body need parts for novum freezers or coolers just let me know

    I,ll have to swallow my pride on this job then and tell him the customer it cannot be fixed.
