I’ve been called to look at this machine because it starts cycle normally, fills to just above salt cap then aborts, pumps out and beeps.
I thought it would be the sensor on the air brake tank. Replaced it, but still the same fault.
I’m bringing in to the workshop as it’s a “pig” to work on in situ.
    Any clues would be welcome!

check wires going through door, especially the thin ones; even if they look ok, give them a tug to make sure not broken inside insulation.
if there is a fault code showing, that might help

All wiring OK. Checked from plug on air brake sensor back to module, so I guess it’s a module fault after all.
Just seems odd that CDA parts stockists say upto 28 day lead time!!

sounds like jammed circ motor or start cap failure tho? is the circ motor warm?

parts and cda pics look like vestel kit so lead time from cda shocking, try statesman (pikapak) to get the more generic parts quicker. connect are showing the module in stock too at under £40…

Lights flashing are 1,2 and 5. According to fault codes it’s not taking enough water, but it is, and within timescale too.
It’s obviously not not sensing “full” and goes into flood protection mode.
Thanks for you info. I haven’t use Connect for years, but will try them.
Anyone know who actually makes these machines? I don’t recognise anything, although it has Bosch looks.

+ 1 for pump jammed/faulty if the wiring is ok

No, both pumps seem fine. It drains when it aborts. Wash pump is free to turn.
I’ve ordered a module, can’t see it can be anything else now.
