ParticipantGood evening everyone,
Visited the above integrated dishwasher today, and confirmed the above problem on any wash cycle.
Inspected base for leaks, and all dry/no leaks…
Noticed that pump switched off, when door opened, so common cause of anti flood device activating doesn’t appear to be the case.
Customer also reported that when they manually poured water into the m/c it washed for a short while.
I confirmed this too; added water and it washed normally for a few minutes, before returning to constant drain mode.
Do I suspect the electronic control module, (which appears fine) or should I be looking in other areas?
Any advise much appreciated.Regards,
jonty

The inlet matrix and pressure chamber are clear are they?

Double check that the anti-flood microswitches, both in the base AND the pressure chamber are operating as they should. If they are then I’m guessing it can only be a faulty PCB.

Good evening,
Re-checked micro-switches and pressure chamber, before renewing ecu.
Unfortunately, all well apart from not heating.
I programmed the ecu as per instructions, and can only assume it is faulty.
However, new ecu from Masterpart and thus, I feel, not guaranteed!
Any thoughts,
jonty

Have you checked the t o c on top of the heater box?(i assume you checked the heater itself) i had one of these go after a blocked matrix – i assume because it was running short of water & you’re original fault could have caused simular symptoms.Alan.
