600sswc wine cooler

Hi I have to look at a glen dimplex wine cooler 600sswc,
display lights up and shows the current temp in both cool zones
no fault codes are shown
the unit constantly beeps and no power to compressor
when you press the power button the interior lights flash but it wont start
I have tried pressing light and temp at the same time with no result
does anyone have a service manual for this so |I can test ? or any ideas what this could be
