Had a peek at a machine which is giving poor wash results, plus not dissolving tablets of various kinds.
All salt and rinse aid OK, machine was pretty un level and needed the front legs adjusting up over an inch to get it level and as the sensor is at the front I though it might be starving the top arm of water,
The wash motor on this doesn’t start off with much umpf either, more a steady rise in speed, is it a synchronous type? obviously has a diverter valve but didn’t check any mechanicals as I wasn’t sure how and when the top arm operates.
Any tech/diagrammatic info would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the help. one question are the wash motors on these prone to leaking water into the motor casing like the Hotpoint ones do ?

Not generally the pump no but often this series of d/w’s leak like a sieve in other areas giving the impression that the pump is leaking.
