    Hello,
We just moved into a flat with a GL32APB Beko American style fridge freezer. The filter reset light is in so we bought two new filters (sort of cylindrical) to replace the old one. But when we went to try to replace it what we found was that there’s a strange kind of ‘W’ shape type thing attached near where the normal filter should be. We assume it’s a different type of water filter but don’t know how to remove it or how to put a new one on as the part where it should fit seems to be covered up. Does this make any sense and how do we fit our new filter?
    Thanks!

So far as I know there is only the one filter, this one…

    I don’t understand the W thing though.
