    has anybody come across one of these that wont lock the door so wont start Have had board checked by emw all good no broken cables and all plugs seem to be in contact with module have tried a new lock but no go any other suggestons please. also motor and heater are fine.

    When you say it wont lock the door; is it even attempting… Is the control panel ok?

    I know you say motor is fine but have you taken out the brushes to examine them closely?

    This fault is more often than not due to motor brushes or motor connections.

    thanks for your reples 1st the door lock is not trying to lock so bypassed it and still no go and 2nd yes have had both carbons out no broken wires in motor plug so me thinking its top control card.
