Servis M3011A program sticks
On testing machine I can confirm that the heater is ok and there is power getting to the heater. Selecting program 4 and having turned the variable stat down to 0 deg, the timer clicks once and that is where is sticks if it is moved to the rinses it will then move on. Am I right in assuming that it is the time that needs changing. Part number 516010301?

Sounds like the thermostop has jammed in the timer or the module is faulty. Talk to EMW (01159) 652118 as they do the Servis timer and the matching module.
