    hi my hoover optima ophs612 does the whole wash but then cuts out mid spin every time & puts the 3 bottom lights on , they don’t flash

    spin only is the same , cuts out before the end & same 3 lights on

    Does the LED (top right nearest the selector switch) flash?

    this machine is only 2 years old & had very little use , maybe motor fault if not brushes then?

    Not necessarily, but needs checking for sure, as does the heater too.

    heater tests out fine & works fine

    brushes are like new , cleaned & checked all connections

    same fault still there does the fast spin then cuts out

    & the wash,rinse,spin lights come on with NO flashing

    If it does the fast spin then stops with those lights on then that means the cycle has ended as it should. What are you expecting it to do after the fast spin but before the end?
