    Someone recently changed the pully wheel for me but only seems to spin one way? 😥

    Can anyone help please?

    It will tumble in one direction for a long time, it only reverses for less than a minute then proceeds in the opposite direction for another long time period. Leave it for 20 minutes at least to see if it does the short reverse tumble.

    Thanks for your reply.

    It does try to do reverse spin but just stop’s and makes a funny sound

    If it was reversing correctly before the pulley was changed then it suggests the belt may not be fitted correctly on the pulley. Can you post a picture of the pulley?

    I will do first thing in the morning. I originally had to replace heating element and then it stopped spinning so I assumed belt- I bought a new belt and when we went to install the belt was fine but the pully was broken! I’m not having much luck! I will post pic in morning. Thanks

    My partner turn the belt the other way and it appears to be working 🙂
