Whirlpool adp5540

Any help guys with a whirlpool adp 5540 dishwasher when it goes
To fill with water it’s not filling correctly, it’s starting to fill
And stopping, it’s pulsing on and off, which is taking ages to fill, otherwise the dishwasher is working fine. I checked the inlet valve
And it’s good, I’ve a feeling it might be the flow meter reed switch
But would this cause the pulsing to the inlet valve? I measured the
Voltage going to inlet valve when it starts to fill and it’s getting 230v and then drops voltage and back to 230v again, does this sound like a pcb problem? Any help would be great guys.
