    Can anyone tell me how to cancel a 0.01 error code on this model?

    It sounds as though the Child Lock has been activated. (Usually a key symbol on the screen as well) to de-activate simply press and hold the clock symbol button ( bottom right of the display screen) until the lock symbol goes out!

    I have the same problem with the same machine but I doesn’t matter what I do I can’t get the child lock of tried holding the clock button and also tried holding start pause but no joy

    Have you meggered the machine? Earth leak, especially dryer heater, could be the issue?

    I’ve got a feeling that you need to have selected the program that was selected when child lock was set to remove it. If you don’t know try each prog inturn. Alan

    ……bearing in mind that’s only if the key symbol is showing on the display. 😉

    0.01 left in the time counter relates to either just 1 minute remaining OR it’s timed-out.

    the key symbol is flashing and it says 0.01 in the display. I will go back and try every program and check the heaters thanks.
    I have had them stuck on child lock before but never had this much trouble trying to get the unlocked. thanks.

    just downloaded the manual seems it needs to be put back to the original program before the childlock will be deactivated. thats a bad design.
