    I have a problem with the door on the above cooker. It does not stay closed properley. The issue seems to be with the rollers built into the side of the cooker that the metal clasp goes into. The rollers are damaged and dont grip the door closed. Can any one advise what part/ Parts I need to order?

    That’s what we refer to as the hinge runners that you’re talking about I think.

    If they’ve totally gone my advice is to replace the door hinges as well as they’ll likely either also be faulty or on the way out to.

    I’m not sure if that’s enough information to get prices etc, but if you email Dave on spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk he’ll be able to check all that out for you tomorrow.

    There will be another longer number on the rating plate I’ll also need to identify the parts for you Trafford.

    Probably on the plinth or near the warming drawer if there is onw.
