I’ve sold and serviced a few ISE machines since they were first introduced, mainly the 2s and5s. Now I’ve just had a customer call me about a new ise10, but during the call he mentioned that he had spoken to someone at ISE and they told him to call a firm 20miles away, I was not even mentioned! have I upset someone? Or are these other people now agents?
TBH David normally they will recommend all that are listed for any given postcode with no discrimination other than, they do tend to recommend the agents they feel best. That can be based on any number of criteria.
Not quite sure what you mean but, if you give Kim or David a ring they will be able to explain.
Essentially like most everyone, all our systems are postcode based and if we plonk in a customer postcode it will list all the engineers in that area that have said they cover that code.
If you sold it then you would come up as the retailer so it’d be automatically shunted to you barring any error.
