Then look to the pressure switch hose being blocked holding the overfill protection open.
Then the overfill protection switch. But, they don’t fail very often at all as they rarely operate and it’s the big old mechanical one.
If that’s working check the connections to the NTC (above the motor on the bottom of the drum) and the connections on the pressure sensor, which is the small one. They can get gunked up, especially the NTC one, if the customer overloads/overdoses but you’ll usually see residues in the base if that’s the case.
Same story if it’s somewhere silly and there’s high humidity, doesn’t play nice with the electronics.
