    Hi there,

    I’d be very grateful if someone can tell me whats up with my Smeg dishwasher. It has an error code E8 on the display and refuses to wash anything! I downloaded the manual, but it wasn’t much help, something about an ‘anomaly with the water supply to basket’.
    Can’t remember the model off the top of my head I’m afraid.

    E8 means that the water is not being distributed correctly between the two baskets basically.

    It could be a few things causing this, the error code just acts as a pointer.

    Circulation motor, water director vlave, even the main pcb.

    Engineer time to be honest 😉
