    Hi, newbie here !

Looking to buy a lower end washing machine. First instinct was to stick with Hotpoint, but have read that Bosch are better, if more expensive .
We are looking for a 1200-1400 speed I think, with 7.5 drum.
    The Hotpoint I looked at was £260 https://www.fires-cookers.co.uk/product … 742P-.html

    On a quick browse , there is a Bosch, slightly slower speed, for £330 http://www.thegassuperstore.co.uk/bosch … 369gb.html

Just wondering what you guys think ? Thanks for any help.

    Hi

I would go for the Bosch machines any day, better made, easier to use and a two year warranty.

    HTH 🙂

hotpoint machines are now indesit ariston machines in disguise

Browse a little more thoroughly and for the same price you can buy a higher spec Bosch WAQ283S0GB 😉

The average wash load throughout the whole of the UK is just over 2kg, a 6kg machine is more than adequate.

    Cheers for the replies guys.

Just off to Apollo to at least be able to see the models, then browse the web for best deal / haggle with the shop as well !
