    I have the above model Fridge which is self-defrosting, but has started to ice-up on the back of the fridge. I have cleaned the defrost hole but to no avail. Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

    Have you set it too high on the thermostat.

    No Bob, my fridge is set to only number 2. Thought the thermostat had maybe gone, but things in the fridge only appear to be cold to the number 2 setting.
