I know this has been asked millions of times but everywhere different I read seems to say something different!
I have a rs2028css that’s had the free visit from Samsung to update parts etc, has had both a new condenser fan and freezer fan motors!
When turned on both fridge and freezer go to correct temp for a few hours/ over night and then the internal temperature in both rises even though the temperature displays on the front don’t alter( sometimes the freezer display flashes ) I’ve has the freezer temp at +10 even though the display panel is showing -20 still!
We then have to turn unit off on the wall and back on for it to go back to temp- This having to be done around 3 times a day.

I have tried the fault codes and it doesn’t show any! Where do we go next?? I have read see different ideas from it being a defrost issues to a condenser issue, does anyone actually know what’s causing this or what we need to test/ try to find out??
    Many thanks in Advance

    Re: samsung rs2028css problems

    Hi

The problem will be somewhere on the defrost system. either heater, sensor, thermal fuse. you will most probably need to replace the front panel also.

Better idea is to replace all if your not sure how to test each and every component.

We can supply or you can buy kits all over the place.
