    Hi guys,

My friend has the above that doesn’t work.
I know it’s a pile of junk but I thought I’d help out.

    COD 37490430900
    S/n 911120786

After scraping the filters clean and trying a wash the washer stops and drains with warning lights 2 and 4 flashing ( normal wash and Eco )

The soak function appears to work correctly all the time.

    Heater?

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Jez

    Error codes HERE

Both heater and pcb prone to failure on these. 😥

    Thanks iadom,

As it happens after the cold wash finished, a little while after the machine just started the pump back up and kept running and when I opened the door 2&4 were flashing again.

Guess that points to the pcb if it just decides to do something on its own?

I did look in the error codes but didn’t see the LFT? Sorry.

    Thanks

The link in my post is for the FDL codes which are the same as your machine, just a different pile of Indesit ****.

You need to test the heating element first before you assume anything, also check for continuity from pcb to heater. The element is around £50 but the pcb is more and also needs programming, something you will not be able to do unless you fork out over £120 for a smart card and card reader as well as the £70 or so for the pcb. :rolls:
