I’d be grateful of any wisdom out there…
I switched off our AEG S75400KG fridge freezer yesterday and it’ll now only stay on if the main on/off button is held in. I’m tempted to order a new switch but wonder whether the switch is a push on/push off (click in) type or whether it just actuates a relay on the main board, in which case the board is faulty.
At the moment the switch is held in with tape but this could be overriding a cut-out and be dangerous – or it could just be the switch that’s failed….Anybody got any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
