evening all,just a quick one to see if anyone has had simular problems with the lg w/m with the direct drive motor,got a call to this one 4 weeks ago,drum would try to turn but then nothing,replaced the hall sensor and this seem to cure the problem,now customer reports that it stops 5 mins before end of cycle,if she switches off then turns drum by hand,then restarts it will carry on,any help much appreciated,sorry dont have model no. to hand
