Hi -I have recently pulled out both appliances and they both have a wet patch on the insulated covering on the back at the bottom. This is just after a couple of weeks of being installed in our kitchen. Any idea what may be causing this? Model numbers are KUR15A50GB (fridge) and GUD15A50GB (freezer). Many thanks in advance.
