    Hi all
Oven is getting up to temp ok,no problems with overheating, but…
The bottom oven is producing a lot of steam, the condensation goes up into the top oven.
door seals fine ,hinges ok,i was wondering..maybe cooling fan ?

most likely its related to what they are cooking rather than a fault.

you need to establish if it is a sealed type oven or a vented oven. If sealed it is definitely related to what they are cooking as there is nowhere for the steam to go, especially when cooking stuff straight from the freezer. If its a vented oven then check the vent is clear. Almost certainly not a fault with the oven. Get it all the time with Smeg ovens and that is the official line. (All smeg ovens are sealed)
