I have the above dishwasher and it has started to leak from the bottom of the door in the middle. It seems to be overfilling with water, this fault also occurred some time ago when the machine was still under warranty and was attended to promptly by an engineer, I think he said at the time it was just a matter of pushing a reset button under the machine at the front left of the machine. I have taken the black plastic plate off and had a look but can not see anything obvious to press, can anyone help with this problem or do I have to go shopping for a new machine, this one is only two years old.

    Thanks in anticipation

If it’s overfilling Tim, there is no “reset” solution for this.

Water level is mechanically controlled rather than electronically.

Best bet is ask an engineer to have a look for you in all honesty, have a look at repairs@ and the directories, should be someone here who can help.

Dave – wasn’t there a modified bottom door seal kit for this one?

Yes, I think there is, which may be the cause.

Tim, can you confirm the model is LSI61 please.

There is a lower door seal kit for this model, part number C00056475 at £28.91 inc VAT and delivery.

It may well be that causing the problem , but if it is actually overfilling then please refer to me earlier post.

If you’d like a seal ordered, drop me an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.com and I’ll arrange for you.

    Dave.
