My Bosch Maxx WFR 2860 is not starting the wash: I set the dial to the programme – it sounds like it is filling with water (but isn’t even though all supply is good) and the lights on the front go out – so the only thing I can do is to turn the dial back to “0” and try again. Sometimes after leaving for a period of time – an hour or so – I try again and it works! Any ideas or advice before I end up paying the call out charge. I’ve had a search through the forum and advice pages to see if there is anything that may help but couldn’t find anything but please do direct me to the right place if I’ve missed it…Many thanks

From the symptoms you describe I’m afraid nothing points to a specific fault. The components such as the motor, heater and pump need checking out first. Perhaps now a good time to call in a local expert. Try the engineer search facility on the home page. 💡
