Rangemaster rdw6012 fi/sf dishwasher E4 fault code

Hi all,

First post on here for a while but we have a fault on our dishwasher. We haven’t had it running yet but it keeps throwing a fault code E4 Up 5-10 mins intot he cycle.

According to google, it means the waste pipe is too low or high, or the wastepe is kinked. Well it isn’t kinked and i’ve tried it at normal height (approx 60cm) and low down into a bucket, neither of which make any difference. Surely it doesn’t have to be higher?

Was hoping to get it fitted tonight 🙁
