Fitting a fridge/freezer into a small space.

I hope this might be the right place to post my question.

I’m trying to identify a new refrigerator to fit into my soon to be remodelled small kitchen. The space identified is surrounded by the door frame on one side and a serving hatch on the other… this gives a space of 58 x 59 cm to the edge of the hatch and door molding.

Ideally I wanted to go with an integrated fridge, but the cabinets are all built for 60cm. So the two options I can imagine include either cutting down the cabinet, if such a thing is possible — or even have it overlap onto the molding a bit. Or to find a fridge/freezer that is around 55 cm wide and 55cm deep. Thus far I found the 55 cm fridges are over 60 cm deep.

Is there a better solution — besides moving the location of the fridge 😉
