    Washing machine sticks on programme half way through wash and just continues on wash part of cycle, even though it shows 1 minute to go on timer. It doesn’t stop, just continues on wash cycle. I have to stop it and manually turn it to rinse and spin cycle.

    That is not the correct model number (otherwise referred to in Siemens speak as an ENR number). If your machine is a front loader it is inside the door and on the back. Likewise with a top loader. Without the correct number we cannot help, only guess. 🙁
