Hi, I have just sold this unit that was working ok before transporting to new owner, he says that it starts to fill then empties & then led’s 1&3 are on, suggesting filter blocked, he says it is clean. Can anything else be causing it, are there more filters?
    Any help appreciated, thanks

    Filter Blocked
DEA module (behind plinth). The pressure switch has not moved to the full
    position during filling.
Check the pressure switch, pressure chamber and wiring.

Bit100 timer (in console). The pressure switch has not moved to the full position
during the initial fill, or the machine has gone through the filter cleaning cycle and
been unable to clear the blockage.
Check the pressure switch, pressure chamber and wiring.
Check the high pressure sensor switch (opens at normal wash pressure) and chamber.
    Check for foaming.

Many thanks, buyer has checked all those parts & said all ok. B4 removing I removed as much Water as I could from waste tube, is it possible that caused a problem?

Depends on how it was transported, if it was laid down on its side the water could have got into places it shouldn’t have. 🙁

It was upright in a van, only tilted a little on a sack barrow. The point about the waste pipe was could it have caused an air lock? Just realised it can’t have as water was filling & discharging ok. Looks like I will have to refund. Thanks for your help.
