    Hi My daughters upside down fridge freezer won’t defrost. The door seal is not perfect but I don’t think its an air leak causing the frost build up and there is no evidence of it defrosting. The fan works.

    After I manually defrosted it the temperature in the fridge section was 11 degrees

    It seems that I need to check the defrost element and also the thermostats. I don’t know where they are located thought and would appreciate some advice as to where to look.

    I have managed to remover the cover over the freezer unit in the freezer compartment, it just pulls out the plastic being flexible. I can’t identify the defrost unit though. There is a white wire with a small plastic cover over the end that appears to be the thermostat (one in both compartments)
