I have a customer with the the above single draw dishwasher. the unit has been slightly leaking for a while and has swollen the cupboards surrounding.

The is no error codes and the unit washes ok but i know that these units are prone to leaks and is causing damage to the kitchen.

I have advised the customer to avoid using atm so not to cause any electrical / pcb damage.

I cant see any hose leeks as mentioned on previous posts and the residue from the bottom dose seem to be just drips.

Can anyone advise me further as im no that clued up on these dishwashers.

    many thanks

If it was an internal leak it would activate the flood sensor so I would be looking at the external hoses. If you have a slight drip from right below the drawer front check the solenoids on the dispenser and softener unit.

i have run the units there is no leaks that i can see from the dispenser and softener units at the front and i cant see any internal component leaks. it seems that the lid for the tank is not always closing on either side. the motors are running but not bring the threaded pin down at the bottom of the motor. is this a known issue and am i looking at new motors or other parts

    thanks for all the advice

Lid motors can be a problem, if you run the motors manually they should be smooth going up and down, if they sound dodgy or one side comes down slower than the other then they are probably faulty.
