    Sorry to post this, but now no hair left to pull out… When I get there there is water in the drum, I turn it on and E13 shows up I switch it off then on select drain and away goes the water. I have replaced the pump and Door interlock as its one of those skanky SMEG ones. this is my 3rd call back. Hope somebody has a remedy.

    Earth leak on dryer element?

    As Martin says , low insulation on dryer element OR faulty control module .

    Cheers Guys, going back again tomorrow. I shall check the heater as its cheaper than a module.
