KeymasterHelp please, our Bauknecht GSX4756 has started beeping at us, not the end of cycle reminder, but midway through the cycle. All containers are correctly filled.
Advice on what’s wrong, and how to fix gratefully received.
Thanks – Peter

Hiya,
We’ll need a little more information from you to assist.
When it’s beeping the start light should be flashing, count the number of flashes between pauses and post that here. If you also post the 12 digit model number that you find on the side of the door when it’s opened, that will enable us to look at your specific model.DP

Thanks, printed numbers are 8546 756 15310 (also 33 9846 018068 on the same label) Started up at 65 degrees, goes to beeping, green indicators flash between the 65 degrees then rinse+bio/50 degress together.
The green start indicator flashes continuously, does not seem to pause.
Regards – Peter

Hiya,
The error codes are only a guide and I think yours could be a single flash, which would indicate a problem with the NTC.
Best bet is to have it looked at as parts can be quite expensive.
Chuck your post code up and someone will point you in the right direction.DP

Was there a successful conclusion to this I wonder ?
We have the same model and problem, however it used to be got around by holding the start button down whilst beeping for a few seconds so the thing resets itself.
But a few days ago it stuck itself on the rinse cycle and now refuses to do anything else except beep in 1 second intervals, even after switching off and on at the mains. Not afraid to change any suspect parts. But any pointers as to the likley
culprit would be most welcome as I understand it could be one of several things
Tnx 🙂 -
