914522520-00Display just shows 0-00, will not programme or start.
E5E, communication error/wiring connections/main pcb/ inverter pcb.
Didn’t remove main control pcb but checked wiring harness and ‘wiggled’ the harness connections.
Removed inverter board and inspected visually, again all wiring connections looked sound.
Tried it on various settings and it now works perfectly.
Is there any particular plug or area that is prone to causing this fault?

As with all connectors a little bit of corrosion, greening of the copper contacts on edge connectors will give problems. Sometimes just taking them off & putting them on again will resolve problem, I give them a gentle squeeze with the pliers & a rub of fine emery paper on the contacts & this normally does the trick. Looms can have poor connection at the plugs too so check for this with a multimeter from end to end, high resistance will point to a possible problem.
