    Customer tells me when a ring is set to (9) it will run for about 30 minutes then the (h) will appear,then unable to use for a while.
    Could anyone with knowledge of these please give me some pointers, I feel it may be the pcb.

    30 minutes on 9 ???? Overheat thermal cutout I would think. What on earth are they doing on a hotplate at that setting for that length of time anyway? Boiling down green leaves into amphetamine power extract?

    I expect you are not far off there Martin selling on ebay I expect.!! I didn’t query the time as he feels its normal of course.
