Hello. We purchased the above dishwasher today, and are confused about the programme information. There are meant to be an Auto 55 degree programme and an Auto 65 degree programme according to Bosch’s website specifications, but on the machine I can only find one button for the both – and no indication of how to change from one to the other in the manual ! The manual says ‘you will find appropriate programme information in the introduction’ but there is no introduction ! ❓ In fact there is hardly any info about the separate programmes in the manual. Anyone got any bright 💡 ideas ?

    Thanks

    They aren’t seperate programmes that’s why 😉

The programme is “Auto” and will wash your dishes between 55C and 65C depending on how much solid waste is detected in the water, it also lengthens or shortens the wash cycle accordingly.

    Hi
As Dave said, plus is the only prog that uses the turbidity sensor to adjust the wash time according to how soiled the crockery is. Dont be worried if you notice the wash time fluctuating this is normal.

Aha, all is clear. I suppose that is the ‘automatic’ part of ‘Auto’. Still, feel mildly ripped off / misled, tho not enough to make a fuss – its nice to have a conscious choice about which programme to use and not to .have it done for you. As I said, not at all clear from manufacturers blurb. Thanks everyone who replied.
