    Called to this machine yesterday , apparently the machine had carried out the spin but had not completed to ” end ” and door would not release . I managed to get door open for customer but have got to go back and investigate . Any ideas / info would be greatly appreciated ❓

    Technical question please post in Trade Technical forum.

    On the machine what have you checked so far? Pump, heater, motor? Are any LED’s flashing?
