Hi,
I had great difficulty getting spares for a Panasonic washing machine.
I eventually went to a fairly local independant Panasonic tv shop who was very helpful and able to get it for me within days.
They are happy for me to post their contact details here for any of you guys/gals who would like to order from them. They have the parts breakdown manuals and can evan get them for you if you want them.
