I have a zanussi essential silver washing machine , doing washing this morning , machine went to go on spin mode & was making like a screaming noise , switched it off & discovered there was a pillowcase jammed in drum got it out & machine making soinning noise but drum not turning please help

Could just be a snapped belt if you are lucky.
