How often is the on-line WTA members list updated? I ask the question because a relative of mine tried to contact a firm in Leicestershire who folded 2 yrs ago.

As often as possible and when the information is made available is the answer.
That will likely be one of the ones that will be removed in the not too distant future as there are a few that best efforts have been made to get contact with. I believe that Ian is working on that now.

We are in the middle of a cull at the moment .
The latest list is being made available to spares suppliers that give discount and benefits to WTA members as well as manufacturers that use WTA members
so they can remove companies such as your relative encountered as well as those that haven’t renewed there subscription
