i am going to a amica frost free fridge freezer mod bk313.3fa ser 11703200031512, the customer has reported the freezer keeps defrosting itself. Does anyone know of any common faults on this model that would cause this? I believe a previous engineer has been out already and replaced the heater and defrost timer but this hasn’t fixed the problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
