    Hi all
    My BoschWvd24520gb/01 LCD display has the orange backlight working but no information showing.
    I have tried trapping the display, turning the Mains off and on, and rotating the program selector.
    I’m not sure if that means the display is broken or something worse.

    Any body know what part might have failed to cause this?

    The display module (Part no. 00609373) will need inspecting a little closely. It could be the ribbon connector to the main board if you are lucky. A new module however will set you back the princely sum of £138. 🙁

    You might want to double check the model number you gave. 💡

    I suspect now that it may be more than just display as the start button doesn’t illuminate.

    Presumably the power is getting to the machine? Fuse, plug, wall socket OK?
