Diplomat ADP8322 not using any salt

Hi guys, does anyone know if there’s a way to adjust the salt level on this dishwasher as it does not seem to use any salt?

If not is there any other common problems with this? The customer says she’s not had to fill the salt pot for months even though it sees daily use.

It heats fine and water rotates and dries ok etc. she says it washes ok other then once in a while it’ll leave some marks in cups etc.
