    First of all customer gave me model. I can only find a TCFG model but you may tell me the above is correct. As the title says F4 in display, any technical info or advice greatly received. Thanks. Not been to this one, told customer would research first.

    There are TCFG and TCFM models, customer is wrong.

    Don’t have any tech info but the fault code is likely to be the same as the latest ones in the Error Codes thread.

    No rise in temperature detected: Check Heater circuit including Cycling
    Thermostat, One-Shot Thermostat, Heater and wiring. Also check Rear NTC
    Thermistor Open or Short Circuit. Check Rear NTC (attached to heater Frame)
    and attached wiring and module connections including relevant module
    connections.
